IC Leads combines paid advertising with sales automation for UK small and medium-sized businesses. We manage campaigns and build the follow-up systems that help turn enquiries into customers, including instant responses, appointment reminders, quote follow-up and no-show recovery. We have 5 packages which are all fixed price and available to view on our website. All packages include a build month and an ongoing fixed fee. Build month pricing is between £1,700 - £12,000 and the monthly ongoing fee is between £850/mo - £6000/mo. We’re recruiting our first dedicated closer as we establish an outbound appointment pipeline. The founder has over 10 years’ experience running commission-only sales brokerages and has been personally closing the sales calls until now. You will have inbound enquiries booked into your calendar, you are not expected to source your own leads - just close. Compensation is 15% of collected build-month fees plus 5% of ongoing monthly fees from your clients while you remain with the agency. A Growth sale earns £750 upfront and £125 for each subsequent paid month. We’re looking for someone who can sell consultatively to business owners, manage follow-up and build a recurring commission income through well-matched, long-term clients.
