Easyfleet is a Canadian-built fleet management software platform designed for businesses operating vehicle and equipment fleets. We help fleet operators centralize and automate maintenance, inspections, work orders, parts inventory, driver forms, vendor coordination, reporting, and vehicle lifecycle management in one platform. Our primary customers are Canadian small and mid-sized businesses operating approximately 10–200+ vehicles and pieces of equipment, including construction, trades, field services, transportation, and other fleet-dependent industries. Easyfleet is an early-stage SaaS company currently growing its customer base and sales pipeline. Our recurring software is priced per vehicle per month, with additional revenue opportunities through vehicle procurement, defleet services, integrations, and other fleet services. We are building a scalable Canadian alternative to larger fleet-management platforms, with a strong focus on automation, customization, responsive support, and reducing the administrative workload involved in running a fleet.
