Terms of Service

This is a courtesy translation. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the MyCloser platform (the "Service"), published by LA MAISON DU SCALE, a single-member limited liability company with a share capital of 1.00 euro, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 107 046 625, whose registered office is located at 19 rue Burnouf, 75019 Paris, France (the "Publisher").

1. Purpose

MyCloser is a marketplace connecting info-product founders, agencies and companies (the "Recruiters") with independent sales professionals, setters and closers (the "Talents"). MyCloser provides a matchmaking space; MyCloser is not a party to the contracts entered into between Recruiters and Talents.

2. Registration & account

Registration is reserved for adults. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials confidential. Each user is responsible for the activity carried out from their account.

3. Access & beta version

During the beta phase, access to features is free. At the end of the beta, Recruiter access may become paid according to the plans communicated on the platform. Talent registration remains free.

4. Rules of use

Conversations take place through the internal messaging system. It is forbidden to publish unlawful or misleading content, or content infringing third-party rights. MyCloser may suspend any account in case of breach.

5. Liability

MyCloser uses reasonable means to ensure the availability of the Service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. MyCloser cannot be held liable for the quality of the services performed between Recruiters and Talents.

6. Intellectual property

The brand, logo and platform elements are protected. Each user retains ownership of the content they publish and grants MyCloser a display license for the purposes of the Service.
