This policy describes how MyCloser processes your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is LA MAISON DU SCALE, a single-member limited liability company with a share capital of 1.00 euro, Paris Trade Register 107 046 625, 19 rue Burnouf, 75019 Paris, France, reachable at contact@mycloser.io.

2. Data collected

Depending on your usage: email, password (encrypted), name, role, country, phone number (optional), profile content (photo, videos, experiences), exchanged messages, and technical connection data.

3. Purposes

Creating and managing your account, matchmaking between Recruiters and Talents, operating the messaging system, improving the Service and, after the beta, billing subscriptions.

4. Hosting & processors

Data is hosted via Supabase (database and storage) and Vercel (application hosting). These providers act as processors.

5. Retention period

Your data is kept as long as your account is active, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after its closure, unless legally required otherwise.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object. To exercise these rights, write to contact@mycloser.io. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (CNIL in France).

7. Cookies

MyCloser uses cookies strictly necessary for operation (authentication session, language and market preference). Any audience measurement tool will be mentioned here and subject to your consent where applicable.
